The Movement Co-Op is a studio founded on the belief that the personal connection between a teacher and practitioner is an excellent path to building health and fitness. Whether you are an athlete, in good health, recovering from injury or struggling with long-term pain, one of the independent teachers who belong to the co-op will be able to work with you.
